Our goodwill returns policy
Please email us immediately at email@example.com if there is a problem with your order. As soon as we are aware, we can deal with it and resolve it quickly.
We make every effort to check the product, sizing guides and shipments and ensure all products we deliver are as detailed on our website. We’re sure that you will be happy with your Suitably Sporty purchase but we know that there may be occasions where item(s) need to be returned or exchanged. Our goodwill returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and it means that if you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt of your order for a full refund.
How to return an item
Pack the item up securely and make sure you include the Returns Form with your name, contact details and order number on it (we can't identify and refund without this). For your convenience, use the returns address label and you can also reuse our postage bag.
Please make sure that items are returned in the original new, unused condition and in original packaging with any labels/tags still attached – the goods must be in fully resalable condition. If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or looks to have been worn the refund will be discretionary.
Send the items back to us. Customers are responsible for the return postage and will be liable for the goods until received by us therefore, you should ask for tracking or proof/certificate of posting when you despatch the items.
Please send the items back in good time ensuring that your returned items are received by our returns centre within 28 days from the date you received them, otherwise your refund may be refused.
A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and we make sure that all items are thoroughly checked before being despatched, so we would not expect you to receive faulty items. However, if an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
Please take photographs of the damaged item and email the photographs along with a brief description of the problem. Please email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org
Where an item is found to be faulty we will refund the cost of the return postage (please use a 2nd class postal service and ensure that you obtain proof of posting).
