What is a pop-up shop?

An invitation for our pop-up boutique to attend an event at your club is a great way for your members and guests to see our broad range of clothing, equipment and accessories. We know ladies like to see, feel and try before buying and our pop up is the perfect opportunity to do this.

We attend many golf and pickleball open days, sporting festivals and other events with our “mobile warehouse”. Coffee mornings and shopping evenings are also extremely popular – why not host one and we’ll come along?  They are a good way to raise money for charity and get your members and visitors together for an amazing shopping experience.

We know that all clubs work differently so we can adapt to suit your situation. We have great relationships with the golf professionals, club managers and captains, who we work closely with to organise events. We are also happy to provide a commission (based on sales) to the relevant person at your club (usually the golf professional). 

As well as the clothing, accessories and equipment you can see on our website, we also have a good selection of sale and discounted items that we bring along. Our 'bargain' rails and sale boxes are always a hit.

We like to think we're pretty good at pop-ups and our customers certainly agree 😉

There's no set rule for the type of event we'll attend. We're flexible and can help with ideas on what would work best. As long as there are plenty of people attending (generally 80+) we'd love to join you and show off our wares 🙂

Example of events that we attend:

  • Golf clubs for their women's opens and Invitation days
  • Pickleball festivals are popular and our pop-up works perfectly at these
  • Charity shopping evenings which are great fun and a good way to raise funds
  • Outside tournaments - tennis, padel
  • Sports fairs

We're based in God's own country, Yorkshire and we happily travel 2/3 hours in any direction to pop-up at events.

This means we cover a big area but don't worry, if you're outside this distance but you still think it would be good for us to attend then get in touch. Depending on the event and our commitments we may come to visit - we love to spread our wings and visit new clubs.

Please fill in the form below giving as much information as you're able. We'll then get in touch to discuss further. The key information is date, type of event, number of attendees and location.

Once agreed, we'll liaise with designated organiser to finalise arrangements for the day. The organisers/club will need decide who benefits from our commission eg charity, club, pro.

Generally we:

  • Arrive early morning and set up our boutique (takes about an hour)
  • We'll set up approx 9/10 rails of clothing and accessories, shoes, equipment, sale boxes
  • Your members/guests can shop throughout the day
  • If we haven't got specific items with us, we'll post out to customers
  • Cash and cards accepted
  • We pack up at the end of the day
  • Over the next couple of days we work out the sales then contact you and pay your commission
