Suitably Sporty is Lou & Les (this is us!)
We are two ladies in our middle youth. Over the years we've played lots of sport and are still doing so (although not quite as competitive these days). We were both frustrated about having “nothing to wear”, sound familiar? Sports clothes we found were boring and bland and we wanted stylish and comfortable, because we are worth it!
That was the birth of Suitably Sporty – enabling ladies like ourselves to find stylish, comfortable and high-quality sportswear that is equally suited on the fairways or courts or as an all-day wardrobe. How many of you will play in the morning add a pair of leggings or warm layer and then pop to the shops? We feel better when we have confidence in our bodies. When we lunge, serve, or drive the ball, we want to move with freedom, strength and style. Why not mould the elegance of the cocktail dress with the comfort of workout clothes? We did and it works. We promise.
But, this is not just a lifestyle business set up to satisfy our own wardrobes. Our love of sport and clothing is backed by over 50 years of commercial experience, so we have a bit of a clue!
As well as selling online, we are often invited along to tennis, badminton, pickleball or golf clubs for their open days, club championships and fashion show evenings. We have a great time meeting other sports ladies and helping them find outfits that make them feel comfortable playing the sport they love.
